I made this for my brother's friend. A chocolate moist cake with vanilla frosting, and topped with chocolate glaze. I had fun experimenting with transferring sheet for that chocolate too.
hi nashnordin. i just learnt to make choc moist cake a few months ago, from a qualified chef lecturer.. but i am not too happy with it, cos its not so moist. i am really trying to learn to make the best choc moist cake.. i think i will try yours too. what is the special tip and ingredient to achieve this. thanks.
