Pan Fried Lamb


I bought a pot of rosemary last month, and I really wanted to use them. So, I made these pan fried lamb with onion and rosemary sauce. The lamb was marinated with some lemon juice, garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt and fresh ground pepper.

I planned to make some potato chips as well. But, I guess, they were a failure. Perhaps I should fry them a bit longer?
